First tab:
Top left box: Hair Front
Top right box: Hair Back
2nd left box: Did Nothing
2nd right box: Face additives? (only one of the options showed a blush over a void for a head)
3rd left: Did nothing
3rd right: Some of the options do cloths and arm positions
Boottom boxes: Options to add, left button adds, right button removes a selected option

2nd tab: (drop downs on the right increase/decrease the effect)
Hair color
Unkown
Skin color
Outfit color

3rd tab:
Did nothing

Either use Applocale to run the unzipping utility so it doesn't discard files with characters it cannot read or restart your computer in Japanese language mode (good luck figuring out what the fuck you're doing tho).

You won't need to launch it with Applocale every time if you just tell your computer to run non-unicode programs in Japanese from the Language and Regional settings dialog in the control panel.

Got it too work. You need to set the non-unicode language to Japanese. This is under Control Panel > Regional Settings > Advanced (It's a tab). Then, extract the zip, and *hopefully* the program will start properly.

I mostly just guess, but I have gotten a few things figured out to make it easier.

Tab 1:
Top left: bangs
Top right: hair on back of head
2nd-down left: face shape & lighting
2nd-down right: facial expressions
3rd-down left: eyes
3rd-down right: clothing
Bottom left: accessories/extras, double click or select & click the button below to add
Bottom right: used accessories/extras, you only get 5, double click or select & click the button below to remove

Tab 2:
Top left: hair color
Top right: hair color intensity
2nd-down left: eye color
2nd-down right: eye color intensity
3rd-down left: skintone
3rd-down right: skintone intensity
Bottom left: clothing color
Bottom right: clothing color intensity
Button on very bottom is for background color

Tab 3:
Choosing "default" keeps you in the normal loli maker & choosing the moon runes will switch you to a lower quality loli maker with less options.
I don't know what it says in the text box below. It probably does nothing.

Top menu bar:

The 1st option is equivalent to "File" on English programs. The options are:
(runes) Ctrl+O: Open a loli file
(runes) Ctrl+S: Save a loli file
(runes) F5: Save loli as a .png
(runes) F6: Save loli as a .png with transparent bg
(runes) F7: Save loli as a .png with transparent bg, artifacts, & a .pna(?)
(runes) Esc: Close the loli maker

I don't know what the 2nd menu bar option (E) is or what its only option does.

I think the 3rd menu bar option is "Help" but only tells you what version of loli maker you are running (I think).

That's all I have figured out so far. Hope it helps.

1. start up applocale
2. browse and find the executable for this program
3. go to the next page and go to the very bottom of the list of languages, thats the moonspeak you want.
4. make a shortcut so you dont have to do this every fucking time
