It's about fucking time kiyoki39 was finally banned...I remember her doing this to people nearly two years ago. Those are some epic shenanigans though. Nice touch giving everyone the same EMS tracking number, even the people in the US. WAT

A very, very long time. She had bad feedback on the LoliGothDBS (the one run by Talia not on LJ), and even before that I remember she had negatives on LJ loligoth dbs (not eglfeedback, the LJ one before Talia).

I had a negative buying experience with her around Christmas 09..

Oh it's not juicy gossip or anything, just the same thing she does to everyone where she takes like 2 months to ship after telling you she absolutely positively shipped "today." I just put the date so people could see how long this has been going on without her being banned.

Since there seem to be a fair number of So. Cal lolis here I ask the question:
What does this mean for meet-ups?
If she shows up for a meet-up will she get snubbed by everyone? treated nicely but snarked about behind her back? Should she flounce entirely from the community because no one will ever forgive her?

I personally have always liked her, but I feel it would be awkward seeing her now since she has screwed over other people I consider my friends. It was always a little weird knowing that she was a crappy seller, but it didn't matter as much because I didn't know the people on the receiving end and that was a sales comm matter. Now that it has overflowed to real life it is just weird and I don't know what I could ever say to her again.

No because she still has friends. Those that have talked behind her back will continue to, but the new girls she screwed over will probably avoid her.

The comm is really sweet, they all HATE her awful selling tactics, but they still are her friends. Sorry if I sound too redundant.

Not only that, but when she eventually does send the item, they're extremely damaged. I'd say over half the people who've bought from her have gotten stained items when they were described as in "like new" condition.

She kept getting away with it because people would eventually get their items and then she just fell into the category of "bad seller" and not a complete scammer. Also because of the RIDICULOUS feedback rule where you can't leave someone feedback if you conduct a sale with them off of the sales comm. Aka through angelicpoodle where this idiot was ripping people off right and left but couldn't be left feedback for.

The mods needed to take action a long time ago. She's only been getting by on technicalities when it was clear that she should not be selling. But that said, thank god she is finally banned.

I don't know why anyone in the lolita community is still putting up with her, even if she is a nice person irl. The excuses she makes and tricks she pulls (same tracking number to multiple people???) is that kind of thing that shouldn't be tolerated for any reason.

Oh and yes. I hate dis bitch.

absolutely not. the local comm out here doesn't snub anyone, ever. even if they have all the drama in the world.

Honestly I really think this is the breaking point, everyone is really sick of this shit. If she hasn't screwed you over, she has done it to your close friend lol. I will be embarrassed as fuck for her if she continues to try and host meets without fixing these problems because I think only her roommate and newer lolitas who don't know about all the drama will go.

I would definitely be wary if she were in my local comm. She has proven herself to be a liar and a thief. She has screwed people over- lots of people. When people try to ask, politely, have you sent my thing she ignores them or outright lies to them.
It speaks to character. She has chosen to act this way over several months/ years without any signs of remorse. Instead she has escalated, lying and scamming not just strangers, but also the local people who consider her friends.
I wouldn't be able to sit at a table with her and NOT wonder how long before she screws me over too.

TLDR: Girl has no morals or scruples. I wouldn't want to hang around with her.

I almost bought from her once and then I saw a thread with horror stories on cgl about people still waiting for their stuff and a girl saying she had ordered a dress & headbow and got only the headbow plus excuses and so on. This was before she was banned of course. Man, I am grateful I hang out here sometimes....

It's a pretty straight forward kiyoki39 horror story where I bought a JSK/headbow set and didn't get it for three months despite numerous promises of "I'm sending it tomorrow!" and so forth. Until she stopped replying altogether and then I opened a paypal claim. The day before I'm about to get refunded she provides a tracking number which negates the claim. When the package corresponding to the tracking number arrives, it's only the headbow. And it's BADLY stained. Cue me being pissed and bitching on 4chan about it. I was minutes away from a getoffegl post when kiyoki39 shows up in that thread on here to ask for my e-mail because she "lost" it and couldn't remember my LJ username. You know. Because in three months there was absolutely no way to look me up, post an attn buyer post or even reach me through paypal where I had a claim open. I did eventually receive the JSK. Stained and wadded up in a ripped envelope.

I hate to bring it up again but goddamn. I've never seen such irresponsible selling and shady behavior in all my life.

why doesnt egl_comm_sales move on over to ebay? Sometimes I'll see a semi-dream dress that is cheaply or even reasonably priced, but I am always like 15 minutes too late. I would have gladly overpaid by $20 or $50 dollars in order to get it too. fuck :[

*Ebay takes a chunk of your money on top of what Paypal takes.
*You CAN'T leave buyers bad feedback. If you are left a negative as a seller it's almost impossible to get it removed even with evidence -- same with disputes.
*The "star rating" system is a bunch of baloney that can put restrictions on your account if you fall below like 4.5 stars, but just one person being a bitch and rating you all one stars can mess up your account.

Once I gave a seller a negative and all one stars because she messaged me and called me a cheap bitch because I notified her about paint stains on a "brand new" wallet I bid on and won. I didn't think the stars would do anything but now I see that they do. Yay.

Now I have to wait for all of my buyers to leave me feedback (and let's be honest, how many people think to do that?) or wait 21 days before I have access to MY goddamn money.

Using ebay just means losing a cut of the profits and having to deal with paypal, the bane of my life, more. That's why people prefer auctions on lj, not on ebay.

She never got back to me on facebook after the last message she sent me when I asked for a tracking number. I finally escalated my dispute to a claim AND THEN she finally responded with a tracking number. It works, but I cant say yet if the dress is what has been sent.

That explains why some chinese seller was so nice when they fucked up one of my purchases. I bought a pocket watch and they sent me a shirt. What? Lol. I can't believe she denies it when I posted proof pictures of the stains. Not to mention basically everyone who's purchased from her has reported stains as well.

But of course she has such a reputation for being honest and taking responsibility :)

I wish I could say what the stains are. It's something that's gotten on and in the fabric grain, not running print or moisture. It looks like when you spill fabric glue on something and wipe it off. It was really bad on the headbow and nothing could get it out. I got the stains off the JSK with warm water. They were all over the chest area and some on the waist bow but not as much as the glob on the headbow.
