Greetings /cgl/
I'm going to a con in about a month, and I'm doing some first attempts at cosplay. Having zero sewing skills and wanted to be a cheapskate, I threw together this Cyclops (well, Scott Summers) cosplay when I realized that most of the pieces this civilian "costume" I could piece together from stuff I already own (or could easily get a hold of without breaking the bank).
I liked the idea of the outfits that got displayed in the recent issues of Astonishing X Men (even though the stories leave something to desire), but what do you, people who might know a thing or two about cosplay, think?
The shirt, admittedly, is way off, but it was the only long-sleeved light colored t-shirt I had in my closet at the time. If I continue on with this one I definitely will find a t-shirt that better fits.
