For backless costumes like this, is it possible to wear a backless bra? I'm sort of busty and I'd like to have as much support as I can. Are backless bras hard to find? If so, is there any other way to support yourself when wearing a backless costume? And does anyone have experience with backless costumes, and the difficulties in wearing them? Please share, I'd really like to know!

Basically, they have adhesive on the sides which you attach you your skin. I had to wear one for a costume recently and it worked very well. I'm an A cup, so I don't know how it would be for larger sizes. I'm sure it would work fine.

Or you could go with this bra, which can be worn 100 ways. I'm sure there is a good option for backless costumes.

If you are having trouble, I recommend going to a lingerie shop and getting some advice from the clerks on how to get the best support.

for something like this, why not sew supporting cups into the costume itself? coupled with an agreeable adhesive, it would probably give you the support you want.
