It's only a matter of time til' you see some Pepsi commercial where they're like, "Drink a can of Pepsi and win a chance to have Rick Astley show up at your friend's birthday party! The ULTIMATE Rickroll!"
And it'll be some cringe worthy commercial where attractive 20 something's hang out in an urban loft, then one of them goes to open the door, and there's Rick. In all his mysteriously well aged glory.
Personally, for the past few months, when I "Rickroll" my friends, I haven't been using Rick Astley, but rather using Men Without Hats' Safety Dance. They watch it long enough to get creeped out by the gnarled midget in the video, too.
