Joanns is having 50% off all scissors (I should have splurged and got the $160 ginger... oh well) and tomorrow they'll be selling interfacing by 10yd bolts for $3. Notions and buttons are also 50% off this weekend, and butterick patterns are 99 cents.
Also if they have any left over- all Halloween fabric is 70% off... which means vinyl for $3/yd.
Oh and Dritz dress forms are $99 tomorrow morning too.

I have no idea if this sale is nationwide (I don't see why it wouldn't be), but at the very least its in SoCal. I would have gone by Hancocks today too and picked up an ad as well, but my wallet would have cried.
