What he did was wrong, but what she did was wrong as well. She should have been kicked from the convention AT LEAST, and most likely banned.
Furthermore, had he made a case to the actual mall security and not hit her, there is no doubt she would've been banned from the mall for the duration of the event. What she did constitutes harassment.
Then again, this sounds a bit more like a case of convention security wanting to stuff some con pussy, and favoring the female, as per usual.
