Instead of that, just have a photo of yourself in your normal school/work style, and then show the different layers of your lolita outfit, how you style your hair/wig, etc.
Or maybe if you have really cute lolita pajamas and a fair amount of time on your hands, you could do your post kind of fake and cutesy, like those "day in the life of a lolita" GLB spreads. Start with a picture *with* makeup in your PJs with your hair braided neatly or something, pretending to wake up all pretty, then a picture of your fancy breakfast and tea, etc. etc, until you're all lolita-fied and ready to hit the town. It's cheesy, but would be more fun to look at than these before&after trainwreck posts. People need to be more creative with these themes.
