i dunno bout somewhere selling them, but you could probs make them easy enough using a pointed toe flat as a base. Make a cover for the shoe, and then stuff the pointed bit.

then just modify the pattern to include the point. Be sure to still stuff it though, cause otherwise it will flop around.
