I want to make a Euphemia cosplay (Her pink and white dress), but I'm a amateur at sewing (Its decent, but not terrible.). I have materials, but I need to know where to start. How would you make her dress /cgl/, all advice is needed! Should I buy or sew away?

Start smaller, get better, then do it.
