Caroline cosplay would only be recognizable if she had a Cave Johnson with her. Caroline doesnt really have a costume.

Agreed, the entire premise of making a costume based on a character who only appears in one portrait that is so hidden that there is an achievement attached to seeing it seems pretty absurd.

Have no idea how a person would do the arms... not enough mass and they come out of the head. Yikes.

It's really not that hidden.
I mean, it's not even as hidden as the Vortegant in the cave during on of the boat missions in HL2 and you got an achievement for that too.

Still, I agree it's a bit obscure.
Maybe if you had some recognizable Aperture merch with you, or a Wheatly plush or something.

As for Caroline, that's kinda costume. I mean, it's not much of one, but there are things people cosplay that are less specific. (Like Akira from Eden of the East or something)
