Ah, thanks for the cosplay.com thread. Last year I missed a shoot due to not remembering the OUTSIDE-outside fountains. I had thought it meant the ones on the pavilion.

I've posted what I'm doing in a few other threads, so feel free to ask or look around. I'll feel retarded to just KEEP POSTING WHO I AM DOING.

Shit I've been going since I was a rugrat.

And, one more question:
Where's everybody staying? I'd feel safer knowing about other congoers heading to the same place. A friend of mine got mugged Thursday last year, and I don't make a habit of ever wandering around Baltimore alone late at night, con or no.

I'm 5'2" and it doesn't bother me. I also live in a city of predominately Hispanic ethnicity so most girls tend to be my height or shorter anyway, although I suspect anywhere else 5'2" would be considered short??

I haven't used it or heard much about it but what I've been told is that it's free (lemme double check though) and I don't want to sound like too much of a pessimist but there's usually a certain type of crowd you should expect when there's free transportation.

This will be my second Otakon, but last year I could only make it half of saturday, and sunday so I really did not get to experience much. Driving down from NJ so its not that bad of a ride. Planned cosplay is Flynn Rider, but I need to get the vest commissioned if anyone has any suggestions. Aside from that, partying partying hard.

No, not really... I DEFINITELY don't want to be the ONLY Rave Master cosplayer. I want PLENTY of RM cosplayers, it's got some good designs!
It's just I've made a fool of myself by asking various FT cosplayers if they were doing RM, and half of them haven't read it.

And, well, I prefer RM and think it's stupid that Mashima recycled so many of the designs. Mystogan/Fernandes guy are nearly carbon copies of Sieg Hart, who is one of my favourite Rave Master characters. Those guys also seem to be very popular cosplay for guys doing FT. Hence, I make an ass of myself.

I've done ELIE several times; Five or six people have recognised me, and it's made me the happiest person -ever- when they did. I kinda just want a Musica who likes RM, or a Sieg, or Shuda, or Nagisa, or any of ten dozen characters that are great.
Too few people like RM.

Anyways I'm going to drink at this Con, and meeting up with friends too cause this might be my last time to this Con ever.

Also I believe we should not have a /cgl/ meet up this year. I mean with the events from last year and a person getting banned I'm just afraid he/she might use this as an act of revenge among the community. Besides I already know the friends that come to the meet up and I'll just hang out with them. Why need a meet up anymore?

Thanks! This is all the help i needed! Oh and, was he at katsucon this year? Cause there was a dude dressed up exactly like he describes his costume, he took a picture of me in my cosplay. Funny thing was, he was the first person in that con or anywhere in the world for that manner to take a picture of me in cosplay (since that was my first cosplay). Does anyone have a picture of him in his anon cosplay? I didn't take a picture of him unfortunately. I just find this a huge coincidence.

I'll reprise my role from AB as the Quantum Ranger but I might also try a costume that more than 5% of congoers would recognize - someone at AB said I'd make a good Gendo Ikari so I'm messing with that idea.

I didn't really meet anyone at AB so I'll try one of the dances and generally being more social this time around. Of course I'll also play a lot of Tekken and Mortal Kombat, maybe some Mahvel if I'm in the mood for dildos. I'm not an anime fan (I love Evangelion, though) so I doubt I'll go to many panels.

Usopp is around 75% done. I had a rough version done for AB but I hope to have a better version done for july. Kohta needs a new wig as well as his makeshift nail gun.

This will be my very first, despite being a native of the state. Fuck, I'm such a late-bloomer.

I'm going to try to tag along with some local friends who did GoW cosplay last year. If they have plans to cosplay as a group, then I'll play along if I like it.

As for myself? I'm going to try to make my debut. I'm thinking Male!Taiwan, but also something SOOPAR SPESHUL SEKRIT that'll likely blow a few minds.

Other plans include going to raves and finding my beshert. (Barring that, scoring with a conslut and hopefully not contracting anything too bad.)
