Hey there cgl, I need a bit of advice.
I'm cosplaying Sasami from Nurarihyon no Mago (see pic) and I need help with the 7 circles that appear on her haori-thing. I have black screen printing paint, but I also have a kinda-vinyl I could use as applique. what would be the best thing to use? or is there a better way...?

Also, I know tengu hats seem really simple, but is there a tutorial just so I know I'm doing it right?
