The coscom marketplace has stuff from ages ago still up, so it doesn't seem like a very viable option...

Post it on coscom anyway. I've had one costume rotting there forever, but I had another get picked up a day after I posted it.

Post it on eBay. People will buy costumes and not expect the best quality, so you're covered if anything bad happens with your second-hand stuff.

Or just keep posting cosplay pictures on wherever you post them- people may just ask to buy them. I had two costumes that I had not even listed to sell and someone approached me to buy them.
