Try FX Warehouse. They have sales periodically on gallons of latex. A 1/4" mask should hold up well and have some stretch but I would go a bit thicker than that. I would also use plain cloth paper towels to reinforce areas that don't need to move.
Latex will shrink when it cures fully so I would make the mask mold a bit larger than you need it to be. It is also not super flexible so you likely will not have facial movement and will probable need a slit up the back or side if you plan on making a slip on mask.

I would not stick anything up your nose like PVC tubing. You never know if someone is going to nudge your face or hit you and cause the tubes to get lodged in your nose. Try attaching them near corners of the mouth so you can blow into it that way. You can find PVC tubing at any fish tank supply or medical supply. I would check the tubing out in person to find stuff that is flexible and wide enough that you can blow enough air out of it.

OH! and if you tint the latex it may lose some of it's strength so I would paint it afterward.

I was thinking of using the "fetish" latex for the pink bubblegum look, and that way if I can get it thick enough, I can put it back on like a really erotic pink shirt. A friend of mine used "fetish" latex for a Mystique costume and she recommended it.

The face area wouldn't so much be a mask as much as a thin layer of latex just for color and texture. A few thick layers should cover nasal cannula (found the tubes :D) which wont go so far up my nose that I'd need to worry so much about physical contact (I plan to wrestle with a few Gokus or get hugged a whole lot).

My next issue would be finding a way to cover my nose so it looks like I have a Voldemort complex. Or I could just go as Buu with a nose...

I would look at getting a foam latex piece commissioned. It'll be lightweight and safer to use, although it won't last forever.

Latex sheeting is stretchier than liquid latex. "Fetish latex" in liquid form is just latex with a different ammonia content. Latex sheeting might be a better alternative but ... I dunno, a regular pull over mask would be the safest.

Also, do you have a latex allergy? If you don't know, you might want to find out before you cover yourself in it.

And I have to apologize if I sound like a know-it-all. I like discussing different ideas when it comes to costumes. It helps when I try to make more in the future.

I'll try to find places to purchase different latex's and try them out. Like I said, "fetish" latex sounds great because it has the bubblegum texture, but people here on /cgl/ most likely have more experience than me. Probably bigger budgets too :P
