You can mix baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt in proportions as a flour substitute. The ratios are:
1:1:2:0.5
So 1 tbsp of baking powder and soda, 2 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tbsp sugar.

I think he meant 1/2 tbsp of salt.

But yeah that is alright. It isn't the same thing but it'll tide you over until you get flour.

I usually just do equal baking soda and sugar and then some salt.

Glad to help OP! It is more a filler that satisfies the flour texture and baking properties. It may be a little salty or have a basic pH that will taste different, but it is pretty comparable to the real deal

because this is the perfect example of that.

P.S. There are lots of things that can replace flour in non-glutinous baked goods: cocoa powder, potato starch, any kind of dried and powdered vegetable, especially beans. although most effect the flavor and texture.
