Okay /ck/ I'm in a bit of a bind. My girlfriend wants me to become a vegan for health reasons and she put me on a "detox program" for a month. I started yesterday and I feel incredibly miserable. I am not allowed any meat, dairy, soy products or sugar. The thing is I'm starting to get a throbbing headache due to the lack of protein. Anyone have any experience on how to deal with this? I'm only allowed to eat raw veggies, fruits and drink some kind of nasty herbal tea she makes.
