I eat a lot of oranges, but don't cook very much, so as you could imagine, I'm left with quite a bit of orange zest lying around. What do guys like to put this in? I'd like to start getting rid of some of it.

You can dry it to store. And you can use it in pretty much any kind of cake or cookie.

I save big slices of orange rind to muddle into my Old Fashioneds. I usually have the opposite problem (endless ziplock bags filled with rindless ornages), but I'm a drunk.
