I have a standard small whole chicken, tyson brand I think.

Got a couple of questions for ya.

1. Can I brine a whole chicken? I assume you can, but wanna double check if there's anything special you should do.

2. What seasonings should I maybe use? We got butter, rosemary, garlic, salt/pepper, cock sauce, maggi, soy sauce, oregano and basil.

3. Any good side dishes to go with particular seasonings?

Any and all suggestions are appreciated.
