So tell me, do any of you guys have this one food... no. culinary cultural event that you want to partake in?

Any at all?

Mine is pick related.

I've always wanted to eat an Ortolan Bunting. I know if you pay for one of those expensive NYC food guides, they'll show you some places in NYC that serve it under the table.
