Hey guys.

How do you make simple, healthy sauces to put with rice and vegetables? I'm in University but I'm trying to stay healthy and not die by the end of the year. I've been eating just rice, carrots and brocolli together but it's getting to me, pretty tasteless.

Anyone have any simple rice dishes? I'm not vegetarian, we didn't have a fridge for a while so I got used to buying vegetables and cooking them straight away!
