Good Way to Eat More Veggies

I barely eat any veggies at all and I want to change this. What are some good ways to eat lots of healthy veggies? All I can think of dipping broccoli in ranch or throwing veggies in a stir fry. But maybe you guys have some better ideas? Also the only fruits I get are from the rare swig of fruit juice. :(

Put some broccoli and a fuck ton of spinach in a blender, ass some lemon juice, a ass full of fruits a tiny bit of sugar(but you shouldn't) and maybe a dash of salt and pepper.
Blend and consume.

make salads.

make a dip from french onion soup mix and low fat sour cream and dip cauliflower, broccoli, celery, carrots, peppers, radishes, mushrooms etc into it. (and be a fancy motherfucker and call it a crudite platter)

vegetables all up in your soups. fresh ones.

vegetables all up in your curries.

snack on raw carrots.

buy a fruit bowl and stock it with bananas, apples, oranges, etc, etc. if it's sitting within reach instead of tucked away in the fridge you'll be more likely to reach for it to snack on when you're hungry rather than going for unhealthy options.

Fruits are the easiest to eat, just have them around and eat them as snacks/dessert.

As for vegetables, what do you eat a lot? Just start incorporating vegetables into that more. If pastas, throw some vegetables in the sauce. Sandwiches are a good way to go, you can shove a lot of them in there.

I don't know where you're located, but do some research on what fruits/veggies are in season, and where farmers markets are located.

In-season, locally grown products are often better than the stuff that's in most grocery stores. They'll have more flavor because they're picked when they're ripe. Also, local farmers markets will often sell in-season products for a cheaper price so they can get rid of it before it rots. Plus, you're not paying all the middle-men, i.e. the supermarket, the trucking company, the shipping company, etc. You're just supporting local farmers.

Frozen fruit and veggies can be a good thing to keep around. Frozen fruit can go in cereal or be blended into a fruit smoothie. Frozen veggies can be heated up in minutes and be a nice side dish or addition to a meal.

OP, just go get the acceptable food chart from Atkins and allow yourself any veg or fruit on there up to the last phase which has apples, bananas, cherries, grapes, etc. you are probably already healthfully fucked and eating too much sugar and starch, adding a large amount of fruit or starchy veg to that will just continue to fuck you.
