Hey /ck/,
I have an Italian restaurant near me where they have a salad dressing that is fucking amazing.

I was able to get the ingredients out of the waitress, which is:
Olive Oil
Red-wine Vinegar
Garlic
Basil
Sugar

However, it's almost creamy, and she said it was due to a "whipping machine thingy"...

I have no idea what she was talking about, and hoped that maybe someone in /ck/ knew.

Do they stick the ingredients in a blender or something?
