Just ask for mi Phnom Penh peiyk (it's the same broth as k'teav, but with wheat noodle instead of rice noodle; it's like super delicious Cambo-style ramen).
Traditionally, it's spiced salty pork/seafood stock (like ramen stock) and the soup is served with various toppings, similar to pho (or ramen for that matter).
Because you're probably white, the people probably won't give you the organ meats (heart, kidney and liver), but will double the pork meat topping for you. The soup is also topped with fish balls and/or shrimp and ground pork fried in oil with garlic and ginger paste.
