Wonton soup

This place nearby has the best wonton soup I've ever had. It is so tender and almost sweet. The broth is more like tea than chicken broth.

Sometimes you get wonton soup and the dumpling is falling apart. This is always perfect.

Anyone make this stuff at home before?
