I like to fry mine rare then cover with fried onions and mushrooms. Its faster then a grill and tastes great.

I like getting some garlic cloves. Cut them into slices and then stuff cut small slices in the steak. Put the garlic in the small slices in the steak. Then season it with season salt, salt n pepper, meat tenderizer, and garlic powder. Then sweat some onions in a frying pan. Once the onions are tender i turn the heat up and get the pan as hot as i can. Then fry the steak.

Now for grill i like to just put a few slices of onion on it and grill it.
