Im currently planning on doing a desert for my new missus but she has an allergy to dairy so I wanted to do soy chocolate covered fruit for her but iv been told soy chocolate is harder to work with and tastes quite terrible. If it comes to it I was gonna do a trail run of them to test this out but was hoping someone could give me some insight into this for Iv never used soy choc in cooking let alone eaten any at this point and google keeps spitting out non soy and non dairy references and recipes.
