It seems the Americans in the south are way more into "crawfish" than Aussies are.
I just moved to the U.S. a year ago, must say I miss the fresh seafood. "Seafood" here you can taste the dirty water they were farm raised in.
Then they eat bottom dwellers like catfish *shudder*
I miss fresh fish and prawns being sold on the shore lines coming straight off the boats from back home.
Meat pies, sausage rolls, hell sausages taste like real meat unlike American "sausages". The fruit always tastes fresh even from woolies, here it tastes nasty and degrading even if it looks fine.
I hate the food here so much.
