I'll start
>2 pieces fish of your choice - 6 oz pieces (tilapia is good)
>1/3 cup reduced fat mayo
>2tsp margarine
>1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan
>1tsp basil
>1/2 tsp celery salt
>1tsp lemon juice
>preheat oven to 375, mix everything but fish in a little bowl, put fish on pan, spread mixture evenly over fish, bake for 10-12 mins. goddamn its good you fuckers better try this shit if you like baked fish!
