Hey /ck/, what do you think of anchovies and how do you use them?

Personally, I didn't like them the first time I tasted them but decided they were ok the second time. The third time I had them, they became an obsession. Seriously; just a little anchovy paste or anchovy added to a wide range of dishes really noticeably enhances the flavor.

I kind of just think most people who say they hate them just haven't really given them a fair chance.
