Okay, I'm pretty fucking weird with ketchup and eggs. I love ketchup on my omelets, but only a very little. I like to get a little dipping cup of ketchup, dip my fork in and remove it quickly, so I only have the smallest amount of ketchup on the tines, and then I take a bite of my eggs. Delicious cheesy, peppery, egg taste with just a hint of the sweet acidity of the ketchup.
BTW, anyone who says that ketchup is shit tier and it covers all flavor no matter what is obviously using too much. Doesn't matter what the ingredient is, if you pile it in, that's all you'll be able to taste. Duh.
