Tropical Pork Tenderloin
2 lbs pork tenderloins
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 cup frozen, sliced mangos
1 cup pineapple chunks
3 Tbs. pepper jelly
Put mango slices and pineapple chunks in the bottom of a crock-pot, along with jalapeño jelly and mix together. Add tenderloins on top and coat evenly with pepper, cumin, and salt. Cook for 6-8 hours on low. After that, remove the tenderloins and mash the fruit mix at the bottom into a sauce. Cut the tenderloins into slices, pour sauce over slices. Done.
Not the world's hardest recipe, but damn tasty all the same.
