That was my first pizza I had in Italy. Personally it was meh. Couldn't bite through the prosciutto so I always ended up pulling away with the whole slice. Which to me was a waste.
After that though I had some pizza Diavola, and it was buonissimo.
Also, its the dough. Fresh and natural flour bakes like that.
