hey /ck/, i subsist on a diet that is almost 100% meat cheese and beer. i do occasionally eat vaggies but not nearly enough so i want to try to start putting them in my diet more consistently.

what are some good vegatables to have on hand?
how long will they typically last before rotting?
what is in season now that's good?
veggie dishes? (i typically prefer raw to cooked vegetables, but whatever is fine)
