Probably the easiest recipe, ever - but you need to be able to tend to it during the day.
Pulled Pork~ (Serves about 8)
Pork Shoulder,
500ml of your favorite BBQ sauce
A diced onion
Soft White Rolls
Cook for total of 7 hours
At the 2 hour mark, get some tongs and flip the shoulder over.
At the 4 hour mark, open it up and start tearing at the meat with two forks - mix it up a little, spoon out any fat that's sitting at the top of the liquids, then let it cook more.
