Hi, /ck/. I have 5 very, very ripe honey mangoes aka Ataulfo mangoes. What would happen if I soaked them in alcohol? Would they be "drunken" mangoes? Would the alcohol taste deliciously like mangoes? If so, should I add any spices to the mix? How long would you store them for? Thanks!
