So, I have friends coming round this evening and I'm going to be making beef pho. Easy to cook and tasty at the same time.
I go round to my local deli and it turns out they don't have any beef bones or pretty much anything at all related to beef.
So my question to you /ck/, how do I make a tasty beef broth without bones? The nearest deli to here now is about 18 miles away and I don't have time to cycle there and back so getting bones is completely out of the question
