How the fuck do you make a Jo-Jo?

Also known as potato logs to some. Possibly another name to others.

BUT DELICIOUS TO ALL.

There's a kind of batter on it. It's also cooked all the way through which must indicate some kind of blanching.

Can you even blanch something that has batter on it or will the batter overcook?

I guess you could blanch it in water, dry it, and then batter it...
