HAY CK!

I live in a dorm (at UNI) and only have a deep fryer for my cooking. I love making WINGS!

I usually go with buffalo style but sometimes do terriyaki style. My buffalo style never tastes as good as the ones I had at Chilis restaurant when I was in the US on a holiday.

I get tapatio hot sauce and mix it with saltless butter and a little ketchup (a little sweet heat for my chicken meat)

Anyways, I have a bunch of tobasco brand sauce coming to me that I ordered over the internet and I hope hit makes my buffalo style wings better.

Any good sauce recipes? I am running out of ideas but have 4 lbs of chicken wings frozen in my dorm freezer...
