1. Run cold water over five full-size sheets of matzo, until the matzot are soggy.
2. Drain the five soggy sheets, add them to a mixing bowl, and crush them with your clenching fists.
3. Melt 1/4 pound of butter, and pour it over the crushed matzot.
4. Pour 1/4 cup of whole milk over the mixture.
5. Add one teaspoon of salt to the mixture.
6. Add one - to - two TBSPs of cinnamon (to taste).
7. Add eight TBSPs of sugar and mix thoroughly.
