You might as well just go to burger fucker or whatever fucking gruelery you peasants eat at and get yourself a ground beef patty. You'll save money, you won't waste a good steak, and shit, you're supposed to cook the patty all the way through to kill all the disease anyway.

This of course is different from steaks as the bacteria do not propagate into the interior regions of the steak.
