The cafeteria in the regional hospital was remarkable good. The food was inexpensive, but consisted of inexpensive versions of what you would typically find in a bistro. Various soups and stews, roast meats, vegetable dishes and salads; not to mention various cold platters, teas, fresh coffee, fruit, and fruit juices.
