What condiment packets do you have saved up?

I have 4 soy sauce, 2 duck sauce, 1 Heinz kechup, 2 Taco Bell Fire, 1 Taco Bell Hot, 1 Hellmann's Mayo, 1 KFC Mayo, and 1 Chick-Fil-A sauce.

I have a 10" lock-tite cylinder full of various Taco Bell hot sauces, soy sauce, duck sauce, tartar sauce, parmesan cheese, Arby's BBQ and Horse Radish sauce. I should really go through it and trash the majority of it. Some of it's been in there a year.

Is it weird if I'm refrigerating these? I figure even though they're shelf-stable, it'll still help extend their life if I refrigerate them.
