I want to whip something nice together for my mother for mother's day. First, I've had great success with the banana bread recipe image here, but I've lost it, so if someone could post that for me, I'd be much obliged.

Second of all, my mother requested something with shrimp. What are your most successful shrimp recipes? I think a good stirfry or something would be good, but I'm open to any suggestions.

If it is a stirfry though, I boil the noodles first before throwing everything together, right? I've never done it before.
