I've been trying to grow chilli plants lately and I would like recipes for when they are ready.

I need a few of the recipes to be vegetarian because most of my family wont eat meat.

My favorite. You can cook meat and sides on a single tray. Don't be shy with the chilies, the heat gets well distributed.

The trick is to cook a large pan of this:

and freeze it in cup-sized portions.

After that preparation of curry is greatly simplified: mix chilies, garlic, and ginger in a blender, fry vegetables, add chili-mix, some chili and curry powder, and one cup of Massalla Gravy and let simmer for 20-some minutes.
