Set 3 big potatoes to boil. Dice an onion, brown together with a pound and a half of hamburger, add salt, pepper, a spoonful of worcestershire sauce and half a cup of broth, layer on bottom of casserole dish. Parboil a diced carrot, and layer over the meat along with a cup of peas and a cup of corn. When potatoes are boiled, add a bit of butter and salt, and mash them roughly. Optionally add an egg and/or some cream and minced onion to the mash. Layer over the meat and veggies. Into the oven, 400 degrees, 30 minutes or so to get a nice brown topping.
