pizza' not bad food but its easy to eat too much. Im 6'1" and 250 fit pounds, and watch my intake pretty carfeully.
when i was a kid, i'd sit and eat a whole pie without stopping and i still could, but since learning to eat healthy, i'd suffer for that today, to the point where i don't even want to.
