And just add powdered cayenne until you get a mild spice in the aftertaste only. It builds up so will seem spicier the more you eat.
The goats cheese made it for me, even though it was an afterthought. The creaminess really gave something smooth for the sharp sweet tart topping to cut through without becoming overpowering. I just served it with cherry tomatoes and lettuce leaves and it was a great main meal.
