No, really. It was nothing like pork. Or well, more like pork with two gallons of gin, minus the alcohol last time. This is personally shot boar from Estonia, eurofagland. Maybe it has some tchernobyl fallout in it, or something. But still, plain schnitzels of it taste like grapefruit, and that certainly isn't a pleasant experience. I'm wondering if /ck/ could tell me wheter it's a common occurrence in boar meat. I personally consider it to be an aftertaste from the fact that it's a freeranging boar that was very stressed at the eve of it's death.
