ITT the meal you love/loved but just can't seem to recreate.

For me, it's a fettucine carbonara I had in Seville, Spain. The pasta was fresh and the sauce was so light, unlike most carbonara recipes you find online/in restaurants.

What is it for you, /ck/? What can't you seem to get back?

Yeah I know, it IS kind of weird. But it was a strange time of day and the only place open for food was the hotel's lounge area. I was starving, so I got the first item listed under food. Turned out to be amazing.
